Terms of service

SonicPadel is a free tool for organising social padel tournaments, generating rounds, recording scores and sharing results. It is provided by ViVélo Holding AS, Norwegian organisation number 920 045 014.

These terms describe use of the service. Our privacy policy explains how we process personal information.

You can create an open guest tournament without an account. Sign in to save tournaments to your account and choose private management access. Use an email address you control and keep your login credentials secure.

Only the owner can manage a private tournament. An open management link gives anyone who has that link permission to manage the tournament. Player and results links show names and results to anyone who has the link or join code.

Account-linked tournaments stay saved until the owner deletes them. Guest tournaments are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. Deleting a tournament removes its players, rounds and results permanently.

Enter accurate scores, obtain permission to publish player information and share links only with the audience you intend. You are responsible for the content you enter and must have the right to share it.

Do not upload unlawful or abusive content, impersonate another person, attempt to access private management pages without permission, or disrupt the service. We may restrict access or remove content when necessary to address abuse, security issues or legal obligations.

Custom cards and party features are optional. Organisers must keep activities voluntary, safe and suitable for the participants. Sonic Padel does not organise or supervise your physical event.

Features may change, and maintenance or technical problems can interrupt access. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Keep a separate record of results if you need them for an official event.

The organiser decides the event's rules and confirms scores and rankings. Automated draws and rankings are organisational aids, and participants should resolve scoring disputes with the organiser.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies you have under mandatory consumer or data-protection law.

You can stop using SonicPadel at any time, delete your saved tournaments from My sessions, or permanently delete your account from Your account. Account deletion also removes all tournaments saved to it, including players, rounds and results, and signs you out on every device.

We may update these terms when the service changes. The current version and update date are available on this page. Norwegian law applies, without removing mandatory protections available to you in your country of residence.
